We are a charity foundation, established 1997 in Cebu City according to Philippine law and registered in the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. (S.E.C. Reg. No. C199701124. Name: Kff Foundation Inc.)
We support college studies for those who have the will and brain but no money. Aside from that we try to teach responsibility for others and the art of success.
This website is now mainly a product of our scholarship grantees. It will have its perks and problems, but most important, it is genuine and honest.
